Stats - seven foot two inches tall.
Y slotted helm.
Right hand gripping the three foot long sword. (blade cocked back over the right shoulder)
Three foot trovy shield in your left hand (you’re not stated which hand, but it is safe to presume its in your left, what with your right hand already occupied with the long sword.) Another thing is, is that you’ve not mention how the shield is being held other than you’ve picked it up, no position on your body at all. -1 for clarity.
Distance four inches, lets just ‘hope’ you don’t get a hard-on! -bols.- which would make me wonder if this was you intent with the comments ‘Are you ready for Joe!’

and says to Jarl Joe MacBainNyah Cou: Well, compared to Your diminutive 7' something and scrawny 340 pounds, My own 6'1, 240 pound frame must seem daunting indeed. CAN ANYONE SAY OVERMATCHED HERE? I grinned, looking way the hell up there as You stepped right in close, then dramatically pulled on a pair of leather gloves, with long cuffs...taking a step back with my right foot as I reach back to unsling My shield...taking another step back with My left then, as I drop the 32 X 24 inch Turian styled shield in the sand between Us...Like hell I was going to start out that close to You...yeah, I'm completely daft. Reaching back, I grasp the hilt of one of My twin spatha, 32 inch blade, 6 inch hilt, and standard Roman-styled Guard...taking it in a forward grip in My right hand, as I take another step back to put me in a left-side leading 45 to You, now a good 9 feet distant from You, raising My right arm, elbow-back with the hilt of the sword level with My right eye, point angled up slightly, to point to where Your throat meets Your collar-bone. With My left hand, I then draw the twin spatha to the one I hold in My right. This, I hold in a reverse grip, as I crouch slightly and bring the blade of the weapon back against My left forearm, laying it parallel to the ground about 8 inches forward of My body and even with the line of My hips...looking through the leaf-shaped slots in the bronze variant of a Y-slot helm that I prefer (leaf-eyed helm)...leaving a panga sheathed at My right hip as I watch for You to approach (recap-9 feet distant, all those weapons, and left-leading stance)
Seven foot and thee-hundred and forty pounds is scrawny? -LMAO- that’s a giant!
Stats
Six foot one inches tall and two-hundred and forty pounds.
You step back on your right foot to take a left side lead. And drop the 32 by 24 inch turian shield in the sand? (rather odd if you ask me.)
In your right hand is ‘one’ of the twin 3’ spatha’s hilt at your right eye level with the tip at his neck/collar bone (no mention of left or right side).
Left hand holding the other spatha’s hilt in a reverse grip, tip angled back behind you with the blade parallel with the ground even with the line of your hips. ( a little confusing with out mentioning the postponement of your left arm)
Yhelm on head
panga sheathed at My right hip
Nine feet distance, left leading, and crouched slightly.
I’m going to give you a -1 for a lot of clarity which is a shame considering all the details of stuff that really had no place in this open stance.

as I the shield and left foot twist around so the right hand of Mine comes off My shoulder and sweeps downward in the same action as I hope Ya a little busy resetting from the shield kicked at You, I dropped My right shoulder to get My sword down and aim to swing the blade at the forward edge section behind that of Ya left knee and try and cut out and to My left side in the swing, pulling the power through My waist as I did so
Approach is good, he did have that sword aimed at your neck, considering you’d angled your advancement to his left side, I’d easily see you moving around it’s point.
Attack is fine.

In nearly the same instant, I snap the point of My right-held spatha around toward My left the short distance to re-orient it on its target, and stab up and forward, aiming to catch Your throat right beneath the lower edge of Your helm, the blade itself leveled, so if I miss My mark, it can still ride up the slot in Your helm and hopefully stab in the Y and through the bridge of Your nose into Your skull.
Defence is workable.
Attack is a little odd to me, from the neck to the y slots in the helm are a good few inches so to say it if missed one place it would hit somewhere else isn’t something I’d consider working. So shot to the neck. Clean.

I did not see You stop the direction of My sword strike so I assume is still going on and I let that motion carry on as I aim for the underside of Ya right tricep as My blade crosses up My middle in front of My shield to try and sever Ya right arm
Defence works, and the reason this works just fine, is because during your last attack, your shield and left side would have been twisting to your left when your right shoulder came into play in your prior attack.
Attack is good considering his last position from the pivot had his left side back and right side forward, however be careful when crossing your sword across your body like this.

Then, presuming I am not completely obliterated at this point, with My left arm crossing My body somewhat, I angle the point of My left-held spatha suddenly away from My body and slam My left fist down and out to My left, aiming to strike the point of the blade below Your shield by several inches and hopefully drive the point of the sword in at the inside of Your lower right thigh, the ripping motion continuing outward after the stab just in case I miss and can hopefully catch the same target on the follow-through.
Defence, I saw this working just fine ‘until’ you started talking about your left arm coming upward for his elbow, how if I’ve got this right, your left held sword is low and to your outer left side from the prior defence to your outer left knee, so here is how I see it all working time wise. He starts his attack, you then ‘step forward’ and here is where you mess up (and I quote) simultaneously with the step you start to bring your right arm up and back, ‘then’ bring your left arm upward to push his right elbow (which would be facing your left arm if you were coming up ‘underneath’ his sword) so by this you’d be pushing his arm ‘up’ into your right hand! And what with doing this ‘simultaneously’ (one thing directly after the other) I don’t see this being quick enough to save you from a rather nasty cut, not enough to end the spar because after all your arm was moving away from the strike but enough to say you got cut to the underside of your arm. -1
Attack. Doable, very confusing but doable.

as I brought My now high right blade over Ya head and down with a serious snap of My right wrist to try and drive the blade down on to Ya left shoulder as I pull in My right right elbow to cut the direction of My blade to a left diagonal to My left side, aimed for Ya left shoulder and hope to cut down and in towards Ya chest and cleve Ya in twain
Defence, I’m not sure I’d see your shield lowering in time from its raised position to your left down to the middle of your thighs in time, however the step back on you right foot would help which I’m guessing you did here when he stepped in with his left which would explain why your right arm would be coming back. So I’m going to mark you down for lack of clarity here not stating which foot you were stepping back with. -1 doable.

This doesn’t work at all, on any level, the problem you’ve got here is that you are ‘closing’ as his sword begins to hack downward which is already shoulder/head height, his right foot is back behind his left and his shield is low to protect his thighs, now I see his blade (toward the hilt.) crashing down as intended rather than further up the blade as intended, the right side back giving him just enough room to make this attack, this ONLY lands because he does meantion his right elbow coming back toward him ‘during’ the strike which would mean his arm wouldn’t be over hanging your left shoulder but in fact his blade. I see the fight ending here..
