on wednesday May 18 my Daddy passed on
he had surgery last week for colo rectal cancer and was given a permanent colostomy
Mommy brought him home ... he had lunch and then laid down for a nap
he was home where he loved to be ... with my Mommy who has been his world for over 48 years ... 3 cats and a scottie terrier curled up happily with him ... they'd missed him during the week in the hospital
he was in no pain ... a full belly and contented as he fell asleep
69 years is a good length of time if you live each day one at a time and savour it as if it will never come again

Strengh in this time of passing Silver -smiles- He moved to a far better place I am sure and went there in the best possible way, full tummy and surrounded with love...I hope My transition meets Me the same way.
